Did you know the need for helmet therapy is preventable?
Flat spots, head-turning preferences, and early asymmetries aren’t just cosmetic or “a phase” — they’re often early signs of tension, positioning habits, or feeding challenges that can be supported before a helmet is ever needed.
Join our expert panel of infant professionals as we break down:
✨ Why flattening happens
✨ What parents can do from day one
✨ How feeding, ties, and tension play a role
✨ When to watch and when to get help
Perfect for pregnant moms, new moms, and families already noticing early flattening.

Hello! My name is Erica Verhoff. I am married and have three amazing children. I have been a licensed massage therapist, craniosacral therapist, and somato-emotional release therapist for over 20 years. I have extensive specialized training in pediatrics and trauma. I am also a certified christian mental health and life crisis coach. The name of my business is Best Version Therapy. I am located inside Morman Family Chiropractic.
I am very passionate about helping other people. My faith has always been my foundation. I continually try to be a vessel for God. I love what I do and care about all of my clients. I have a lot of experience and knowledge in this field. I grew up in the world of holistic health thanks to my mom and I do my best to raise our children holistically as well.
I love spending time with my family, including our two golden doodles. I also enjoy visiting with my friends over a cup of coffee. I love being a mom, all things health, nature, traveling, going for walks, warm sunshine, and beautiful sunsets.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA. And yes, I am a Steelers fan by default. Growing up we were always encouraged to work hard and pursue our dreams. My family are natural animal lovers, so our home always had animals from dogs, cats, to horses. My sister and I both grew up riding horses. We showed and competed for many years. I put myself and my horse in retirement after heading to college. I attended Penn State Behrend — yes I am a Penn State fan surrounded by Buckeyes! I graduated with a Bachelors in Biology and was applying for veterinarian school when I found animal chiropractic. I immediately knew this was my path.
I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and graduated Salutatorian and Summa Cum Laude in 2017. I completed my animal chiropractic certification in June 2017. While attending chiropractic school I fell in love with pediatrics. I had 2 passions now. Animals AND kids! I received the opportunity to work for MFC and could not be happier with my decision to work with Dr. Tony and the amazing staff. Since then, I received my Webster’s Certification for pregnant Mama’s through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), my Pediatric Experience Certification, and continue to attend countless seminars to learn more for my patients and myself.
